Eastern Woods Outdoors was established in 2018 to help tree saddle-style hunters get the gear they needed at an affordable price. We ship via the UPS for Continental U.S. and USPS for Alaska, Hawaii, APO, and International orders. Lately we have seen some rather large surcharges from UPS for some areas and we reserve the right to ship USPS. Most orders ship same-day or next day. As a cost-savings policy for our customers, we ship orders complete. If there are out-of-stock items in your order, your order will ship once all items are in stock. Generally back orders are not allowed except on products that can be procured within a couple days. We will be happy to assist you with eligible returns, the return instructions, and the shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, send us an email so we can discuss a replacement.
